When the Unexpected Hits: Leading Through Crisis with Clarity and Care
In today’s fast-paced world, a crisis can erupt in seconds and spread even faster. Whether it’s a community tragedy, leadership or PR challenges, or a natural disaster. In these moments, pastors and leaders must communicate with wisdom, compassion, and clarity. This session will explore how preparation, transparency, and Christ-centered empathy can turn a crisis into an opportunity to strengthen trust, share hope, and point people to the Gospel.
