Andrew Dharamsey

Andrew Dharamsey has been in the AVL space for 15 years. He has run audio at his church and for professional comedians and racecar drivers. He currently owns his own professional AVL consulting business, Navigate AV, and specializes in helping smaller churches with their equipment. Andrew is a computer engineer from the University of Kentucky.

Andrew McKinney

Andrew McKinney serves the Worship Initiative as SBC Worship & Partnerships lead. He grew up in North Houston but has spent the last 25 years in North Texas serving churches primarily on staff in Worship Leadership roles, as well as several meaningful years through the ministry of RightNow Media. He has been married to Monica for 16 years. Together, they have 3 children. He has been blessed by many faithful leaders who have invested in him and his ministry. He aims to create opportunities for other faithful men and women in worship leadership to receive resources and relationships that encourage and equip them for the work of ministry.

AnDY PEELE

Andy Peele is the founder of the eTeam, a consulting & coaching organization that helps churches build healthy, sustainable ministry teams & intentional growth strategies.

With hands-on experience in worship leadership, audio, video, lighting, & team development, Andy understands the real pressures leaders face from staffing gaps & volunteer burnout to unclear systems, & high expectations.

Ben smith

Ben Smith is a dedicated leader in faith-based media and ministry, currently serving on the SBC of Virginia media team and the Innovative Faith Resources media team. He also dedicated 12 years to a nonprofit educational organization, where he conducted public speaking engagements, trained speakers, and led the presentation development team.

He is married with four children and continues to blend his passion for technology, worship, and community impact through innovative projects and events.

BRANDON PICKETT

Brandon is a story-teller at heart with a passion for missions. Since graduating from Liberty University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism, he has been anchoring and reporting for television networks, network affiliates and ministries. Along with his responsibility as vice president of Innovative Faith Resources (a ministry focused media marketing company), he is also Chief Marketing Officer for the SBC of Virginia and an adjunct professor of digital media at Liberty University.

Brian Woofter

Brian Woofter is a Kentucky native with over 21 years of experience in worship ministry. Throughout his career, he has served churches across Kentucky and Florida, leading a wide range of musical ministries, including adult, youth, and children’s choirs, as well as praise teams, bands, and orchestras. Brian’s passion is to guide congregations in authentic, biblically grounded worship that glorifies God and fosters spiritual growth.

Christian Naylor

Dr. Christian Naylor serves as the Senior Pastor of Russell Springs First Baptist Church. He holds a Doctor of Ministry in Apologetics and Strategic Leadership from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, where he researched artificial intelligence from a Christian worldview. Dr. Naylor is happily married to his wife, Gabrielle, and is the father to Rosemary and Zion.

CHUCK HARRIS

Chuck Harris serves as the Worship & Media Pastor at First Baptist Church in Owenton, Kentucky, where he’s been on staff for over 12 years. With over 17 years of ministry and a background in public education, he has a heart for helping small-town churches lead unified, Christ-centered worship. Chuck also hosts the Equipped for Worship podcast, which encourages and equips worship leaders in the local church. He loves helping others serve faithfully and believes that worship should be both authentic and accessible—rooted in truth and overflowing with joy.

CLIFF LAMBERT

Cliff serves as the worship pastor at Liberty Baptist Church in Appomattox, VA as well as an associate professor of music, worship, and applied voice at Liberty University. Originally from the Detroit area, Cliff has provided leadership to local church worship ministries in both large and medium-sized churches in Florida, Michigan, and Virginia over the past 30 years. Cliff is a contributor to the Church Collective, a parachurch organization aimed at training and equipping worship leaders and their teams at no cost.

DALE FIELDS

Rev. Dale Fields has served as Worship Pastor at First Baptist Park Street since 2017. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Liberty University, a Master’s degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and is finishing a Doctor of Ministry degree from Liberty Theological Seminary. In addition to his pastoral ministry, Dale has served as a guest speaker and worship leader for the SBC of Virginia and the Kentucky Baptist Convention. In his free time, Dale enjoys spending time with family, playing music, reading books, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats!

Frank Peer serves as the Video Production associate at the Kentucky Baptist Convention. Before joining KBC, Frank was the Chief Video Editor at WDRB-TV in Louisville. He first discovered a knack for production in high school, creating videos and learning how to run sound at his home church in Columbus, Ohio.

Garry Buycks Jr.

Garry B. Jr. is a media consultant, trainer, and documentary filmmaker with over 20 years of experience helping churches and non-profits use technology and media with clarity and confidence. He also has a deep love for teaching people both the Word of God and technology in practical, approachable ways. Known for his patient, hands-on teaching style, Garry creates a learning environment where no question is too basic and no one feels behind.

Isaac Frasure

Isaac Frasure serves at Highview Baptist Church as the Executive Pastor of Worship. In addition to receiving his Bachelor’s of Worship from Boyce College, Isaac’s previous ministry experience includes church planting and worship ministry at Canal Baptist Church as well as an internship at Highview.

He has been on staff with Highview for 17 years. Isaac and his wife, Holly, married in 2008. They have two children, Evelyn (2010) and Raina-Grace (2015). In his spare time, Isaac enjoys coffee, running and family fun.

josh hensley

Josh Hensley serves as the Worship Pastor at New Work Fellowship in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, where he has led worship and various ministries since 2015. With more than two decades of local church experience, Josh is passionate about creating opportunities for the church to worship and developing passionate leaders both on and off the stage. He and his wife, Heather, have three children and love serving together in their local community.

Martin Gureasko

Martin Gureasko is a worship pastor with extensive experience in multi-generational worship ministry, live and studio performance, music education, recovery ministry, discipleship, and pastoral care. Martin earned a Bachelor’s degree in music from the University of Memphis, a Master’s degree in conducting from Middle Tennessee State University, and a Master’s of Theology from Liberty University. Before entering full-time worship ministry, he travelled for several years performing gospel music and was inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame in 2016.

MATTHEW BONE

Matthew Bone serves as Associate Pastor of Worship and Media at First Baptist Church Pikeville. In addition to his church role, he helps equip the next generation of worship leaders by coordinating the Kentucky Student Worship Camp for the Kentucky Baptist Convention. Matthew holds his B.S. in Music Ministry from Boyce College, and a M.Div. in Worship Leadership from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Rachel, have been married 16 years and have five children.

Matthew Westerholm

Dr. Matthew Westerholm serves as Professor of Church Music and Worship, and the Chair of the Department of Biblical Worship at Southern Seminary. He is also the Executive Director of the Institute for Biblical Worship. Prior to coming to Southern, he was the Assistant Professor of Music and Worship at Bethlehem College and Seminary and Pastor for Music and Worship at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dr. Westerholm has written both congregational songs and articles on worship for various sites including DesiringGod, Gospel Coalition, and Doxology & Theology.

michael byrd

Michael Byrd is an enterprising entrepreneur who, after some college experience, co-founded Churchapps.org, a tech company supporting the Capital C Church. He’s passionate about the outdoors, enjoying RVing, fishing, and camping, and his strong faith as a follower of Jesus Christ guides his life. As a full-time volunteer with Churchapps.org’s Lessons. Church division, Michael combines his hard work ethic, humor, and deep sense of faith to make a positive impact in the world of technology and the Capital C Church.

Robin Cornetet

Robin Cornetet serves as the Marketing and Media Relations associate at the Kentucky Baptist Convention. Before joining KBC, Robin was the news director at the Western Recorder, Kentucky’s Baptist newspaper, and spent much of her early career as an editor, reporter and photojournalist for secular newspapers across the Southeast.

scott wigginton

Dr. Scott Wigginton is a licensed marriage and family therapist and pastoral counselor who has served as Professor of Pastoral Ministries & Counseling at Campbellsville University for 22 years. He is also the Executive Director of Winterpast Counseling in Louisville, Kentucky. He is in his 40th year of marriage to Elizabeth and has three children and five grandchildren.

Vlad Belonozhko

Vlad Belonozhko is a touring musician–turned–audio innovator and founder of Bellos Audio, launched in 2021 to redefine comfort and performance in custom in-ear monitors. After using CIEMs on stage since the early 2000s and encountering persistent fit and seal issues, he set out to improve the experience. Following his touring career, Vlad spent nearly a decade at 64 Audio (formerly 1964 Ears) as Director of Marketing, leading marketing, sales, support, and customer experience while gaining deep industry insight. Drawing on both musician and industry perspectives, he founded Bellos Audio to push innovation beyond traditional constraints, working today with longtime collaborator Vladislav Kulakevich to build products made by musicians, for musicians.
