Multigenerational Worship – the Care and Shepherding of the Next Generation
Developing a multigenerational worship experience can be challenging, but worship leaders have the privilege of ministering not just to the adults in our congregation but also to our youngest congregants. In an effort to respond to this need, we will explore how to embrace a “multigenerational mindset” in order to invest in the next generation and to teach skills of music and worship to those who will one day be leading our churches in worship.
Abby Williams
Abby Williams serves as the Director of Worship Operations at Thomas Road Baptist Church. She graduated from Liberty University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in worship and music and holds a master’s degree in life coaching. Abby has a passion for equipping church leaders with the tools necessary to lead their congregations from a healthy place. She has been married to her best friend Kevin for eleven years, and together, they have two amazing children, Ben and Sarah.
